Instructor Alexia

" Hello My Name Is Alexia Sernas I am currently a 2nd Degree Black Belt Here at Master Yosvany's Taekwondo, I started my taekwondo journey when I was 4 years old with my family. I joined MYT when I was 10 years old back in 2018.

I soon became an instructor as a red belt after Covid lockdown had settled in late 2020. From Training with masks to making sure we stayed clean and safe.

I am currently 18 yrs old and and still continuing my journey here at MYT as an instructor. Enjoying every moment and every class I spend with the students here making this a second home for them.

Taekwondo has not only helped me stay active throughout the day but helped me in so many aspects of my life for example my leadership skills, social skills, and discipline in and out of taekwondo. I always tell my students that although the first step or doing something new may be scary, you never know if you can until you try it"
